Good call, @msmith46 — last month I asked a “remote” shop to spell out the queue and states, and it turned out to be post-charge-off with a 2% connect rate, so I passed. I’ve gotten quicker callbacks by putting KPIs up top: “RPC 34%, PTP kept 70%, QA 97%, Five9/LiveVox,” and noting hardwired internet + quiet workspace. Also ask who covers state licensing, because some firms do and some expect you to foot it.
