Tying Reg F logs to litigation files

For firms filing 40–60 suits a month, what tools are reliably binding Reg F contact logs and SCRA/MLA scrubs to the complaint and default affidavit? I’m piloting Provana for outreach audit trails and ServeManager for service, but I still need an API-based way to e-file with court-stamped exhibits and auto-generate verifications that withstand a motion for default.

We tie this down by pushing Provana’s audit JSON and SCRACVS/MLA results into Filevine, using Gavel to auto-build the complaint/default affidavit with the logs as exhibits, then e-file via @InfoTrack’s API so stamped PDFs land back on the matter — no duct-tape scripts. If you’re not on Filevine, Litify+Docrio does the same; are your courts on Tyler EFM or would an integrator like https://www.infotrack.com be simpler?
