Responsibilities

Manage a high volume of collection activities to meet delinquency goals for the branch

Build relationships with long-term customers and guide them toward repayment solutions

Negotiate repayment plans, including potential loan renewals

Deliver excellent customer service while handling multiple priorities

Resolve account delinquencies through communication, problem-solving, and persistence
Requirements

High school diploma or GED required

Experience in collections or customer service preferred

Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Customer service orientation with an empathetic and consultative approach

Bilingual skills a plus
